Overcoming Grief - Great Article
We all have things in our life that cause grief. Being diagnosed with a chronic, degenerative illness can cause one to experience grief over the loss that will be experienced throughout the remainder of life. Grief is a natural reaction to loss, and it is okay for us to feel this. Too often we try to deny our grief and never deal with our true feelings.
